Ladies at the reception were very helpful in every aspect - assisting in upgrading the room, helping with phone calls and with dinner for kids. As we were travelling with 2 kids and dog they helped us to change a room for a suite - bigger one and with a good view. It helped a lot. The room had all the amenities and even small cosmetic present. Bathrobes and slippers were also available. Interesting design of the room and bathroom, comfortable bed and shower. The hotel is not located in the center but honest 20 minutes of walking made it even nicer for us.

The staff were very helpful, their English was excellent which was a huge relief as my french is painful. For example, hanging around in the lobby the morning of departure they asked if we wanted any extra pastries left over from breakfast. Kind and sustainable. The hotel has a quirky maritime vibe, but also japanese vibes in rooms, odd, but we liked it. Spacious rooms, tailored to families. The lobby / reception is simple, a bit shabby, but warm.

There is an elevator from the parking lot, leading straight to the hotel accommodation areas. Distance until city center is relatively short

The beds were amazingly comfortable (more comfortable than our beds at home) and the bathroom facilities were ideal. Breakfast was absolutely perfect.. something for even the fussiest of eaters (like our daughter!). Simply the best!

The room was very clean and comfortable and as we had stayed last year, we knew what to expect and it was excellent again. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
